Shipping

All standard Australia Post orders for merchandise are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For express, they are processed within 2 business days.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Estimated delivery times are between 2 to 12 days depending on the service you choose to ship with.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We don't accept returns on change of mind, due to the merchandise not containing any tags to begin with to differentiate between being worn or not. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at touring@neuralle.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
